I have had the opportunity to do a bit of traveling around our planet and thus, I have been exposed to a few cultures and their cuisine. Through those varying experiences I began to understand a few basic truths with good food: good ingredients, timing during cooking and that you can taste when someone prepared the food with care.
I have been fortunate to cook with and be taught techniques by people all over the place and from fairly young to great grandmas. Part of my passion for food is not only preparing and cooking food, but also sharing the knowledge I currently have with those interested. As cooking, well at least eating, is one of the few things that all of us have in common.
Thus, I want to begin a business that not only feeds people, but one that also seeks to demonstrate and educate on how to prepare these dishes on your own.
